"We are creatures of habit - so I like to questions assumptions that may have been true 10 years ago & are not anymore"

*sigh*
It's so nice to hear something like that from a manager at a meeting. Especially when it's said in response to someone who is defending themselves for making stupid decisions for the last 5 years.
